    4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Our first masterclass session will be held on 28 October and it’s with the amazing Carol Kinsey Goman.
Carol Kinsey Goman, Ph.D. is an international keynote speaker and seminar leader whose clients include over 400 organizations in 32 countries. She is a leadership contributor for Forbes.com,
the creator of LinkedIn Learning's best-selling, “Body Language for Leaders,” with over 2 million views, and the author of thirteen business books, including her latest: STAND OUT: How to Build Your Leadership Presence.
As a leadership presence coach, she helps executives, managers, entrepreneurs, politicians, and salespeople build their impact and influence skills by projecting confidence, credibility, composure, connection, and charisma.
Carol was a therapist in private practice, a nightclub entertainer, and a majorette for the 49er football team -- but not in that order.
Carol’s session will be called The Power of Presence for Women Who Lead and here is what you can expect:
You’re intelligent, confident, and empathetic - but do you have the presence needed to be seen as the talented leader you are? Leadership presence is that elusive quality that sets you up for the next promotion and gives your career that extra boost.
Here is what it’s not. It’s not an attribute that is automatically assigned to you because of your title, potential, expertise, or business results. Instead, leadership presence depends entirely on how other people evaluate you -- and women face unique external and internal challenges when it comes to being perceived as leaders.
While you don’t have total control over people’s perception, you have more control than you think:
• How leadership presence is different for women.
• Why you can’t simply “fake it ’til you make it”
• How to project the five qualities of leadership presence: credibility, confidence, connection, composure, charisma.
• How to avoid the body language traps most women fall into.
• Why visibility is even more important for women.
